Buyers: To purchase on the Davedon platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Davedon reserves the right to cancel orders where this requirement is not met.
Sellers: To sell on the Davedon platform, you must be verified and approved by Davedon Nigeria Limited. We reserve the right to accept or reject any seller application at our sole discretion. Approval is subject to satisfactory completion of our verification process.
3. Product Listings
All products listed on the Davedon platform are subject to approval by Davedon Nigeria Limited. Sellers may not list any product without prior approval from our team. We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not meet our standards, violates our policies, or is deemed inappropriate for our platform at any time and without prior notice.
Davedon specializes in musical equipment and electronics. Listings outside of our approved product categories will not be permitted.
4. Payments
All payments for orders placed on the Davedon platform must be made directly to Davedon Nigeria Limited — never to the seller. This policy exists to protect both buyers and sellers from fraud and ensures that every transaction is secure and accountable.
Sellers will receive payment for their orders in accordance with Davedon's internal payment schedule, after successful order fulfillment and verification.
5. Order Verification
Davedon takes extra steps to verify that orders are fulfilled correctly. We inspect and confirm that what a buyer ordered matches what is delivered, to prevent discrepancies between what was listed and what was received. This is a core part of our commitment to a trustworthy marketplace.
6. Prohibited Conduct
By using the Davedon platform, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or transactions
- List or attempt to sell products not approved by Davedon
- Attempt to conduct transactions outside the Davedon platform to bypass our payment and verification systems
- Engage in any form of scam, fraud, or deceptive practice against buyers, sellers, or Davedon
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform
7. Enforcement Actions
Davedon Nigeria Limited reserves the right to take the following actions against any buyer or seller found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions:
- Suspend or permanently ban the account of the offending party
- Remove listings that violate our product standards or policies
- Withhold payments pending investigation of a dispute or policy violation
These actions may be taken at our sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances warrant immediate action.
8. Dispute Resolution & Liability
Davedon Nigeria Limited acts as a neutral mediator in disputes between buyers and sellers. While we make every effort to ensure fair outcomes, Davedon is not liable for misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to perform on the part of any seller on our platform.
In the event of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to contact Davedon immediately. We will review the situation objectively and work toward a fair resolution in accordance with our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Davedon platform — including our brand name, logo, images, and written content — is the property of Davedon Nigeria Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
Davedon Nigeria Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and social media platforms. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
