2. Buyer Cancellations

Buyers are permitted to cancel an order within a few hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been dispatched or shipped out.

To cancel your order, contact us immediately via our website or social media channels with your order details and reason for cancellation. Once we confirm that the item has not been sent out, your cancellation will be approved.

Please note: If the item has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, the cancellation will not be accepted. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy if there is an issue with the delivered item.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved:

  1. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  2. Refunds will be processed back through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. You will be notified once your refund has been initiated.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the item has been dispatched.

4. Cancellations by Davedon or the Seller

In certain situations, Davedon Nigeria Limited or a seller may need to cancel an order. Valid reasons for this include:
