5. Payments and Pricing

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, online payment platforms, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (available only in Lagos).
• Payments are typically required upfront, except in the case of cash on delivery, which must be paid before picking up your goods at the park.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will correct the price and notify you. We will also call you immediately once we receive the order.
• We charge only a shipping fee, and all other prices are inclusive of taxes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Domestic (Nigeria) only: We offer nationwide delivery with payment on delivery available in Lagos.
• Once an order has been shipped, customers must pick up the order within 3 days, or the order will be cancelled and returned to the store unless otherwise agreed upon with the store attendant.

7. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• If payment is made and the order has not been shipped, you are eligible for a refund.
• Orders placed with payment on delivery can be cancelled prior to shipment.
• If your item is shipped but not picked up within 3 days, the order will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed with the attendant.
• If you have received your order and there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
